Flexible Sales Leaders for Growth, Optimisation and Exit
There are two types of people: those who wait for opportunity, and those who create it. Seasoned leader Brian Armstrong is the latter. His 30+ year career tells a story of determination and progression. From salesman to sales director to entrepreneur, CEO, and coach, Brian’s drive and hunger fueled his ascent. And they can fuel your organisation’s too.
An experienced business-builder, Brian has founded and grown organisation’s in Australia, New Zealand, UK and South Africa. His extensive international business acumen is complemented by a keen desire to develop extraordinary leaders. Through his work as a business coach and with 2020 Exchange, for example, Brian has provided CEOs and leaders with the tools and support they need to triumph in the face of complexity and uncertainty.
As a sales manager, sales director, entrepreneur, director, board member and CEO, Brian has walked in your footsteps. He has confronted the same obstacles and been stymied by the same challenges. He has also overcome them with innovative strategies, sound processes, proven methodologies, and - that for which there is no substitute – hard work and commitment.
Brian began his career in sales with Kalamazoo Business Systems in South Africa before being transferred to Kalamazoo headquarters in Birmingham UK where he not only had the opportunity of receiving some of the best sales training at the time, but also experienced the hard yards of door to door selling in the cold winter around the industrial estates of the Midlands. Having progressed through the sales ranks at Kalamazoo, Brian then joined IT software solutions provider Automated Business Systems (ABS), a Johannesburg Stock Exchange-listed company.
Among his many achievments:
