Every Sales Leader at Sales Plus Profit has been brought in because they have the necessary skills and experience to help our clients achieve rapid growth. We are not driven by billing targets for the amount of days we need to invoice our clients within a given month. Our focus is clear:
To work with organisations who have the desire, capability and opportunity to achieve considerable growth in their sector
Our Sales Leaders come from a variety of backgrounds, some having worked in big businesses and developed large teams around the world, others have founded, developed and successfully sold their own companies.
Interested in joining Sales Plus Profit ?
We are always interested to speak to quality and experienced Sales Directors and Growth Leaders who are recognised in their sector and welcome receiving CV’s to [email protected], however, in order to be considered please be aware that you will HAVE to satisfy ONE of the following Primary criteria:
Successfully sold and exited their own business
OR
Held either a National or International Sales Director role at a larger business
As well as being able to demonstrate the following Secondary criteria:
- Proven track record with at least 5 years’ experience in Sales/Commercial/Managing Director/CEO position
- Demonstrable experience of having ‘done it’ (not just ‘talked about it’)
- Highly motivational – not only able to lead but also inspire and motivate others around you
- Analytical and thorough in planning and able to execute of clients strategic objectives
- Capable of instant rapport building and able to quickly fit clients own culture
- Genuinely within the top 1% of their field
